Commercialdrainage issue identified — action plan in place.
We attended a commercial property experiencing ongoing drainage problems and carried out a full system inspection. The cause was clear: a significant mass of tree roots had infiltrated the pipework across the drainage network.
Root ingress can enter through joints and small cracks, expanding over time and restricting flow throughout the system.
We’ve completed the initial works to restore safe operation, and we’ll be returning to carry out full root removal to protect the pipework and prevent the issue from recurring.

Blocked drain cleared in Lea, Preston, flow fully restored.
We attended a property with a drain that had come to a complete stop. On inspection, we found a solid obstruction caused by an unusual mix of bricks, stones, and excess tissue lodged in the pipework.
Care was key on this one. Our team removed the debris piece by piece to avoid damaging the drain, then carried out final checks to ensure the line was clear and operating as it should.
Professional approach. Careful removal. Smooth results.
And yes — the water is flowing freely again.
If your drains are running slowly or backing up, it’s always best to deal with the issue early.
A call came in from a home in Hutton with water backing up and drains moving at snail speed, never a good sign. Time to roll up the sleeves.
We got stuck in, tracked down the blockage, and cleared the line quickly and cleanly. Before long, everything was flowing the way it should. No stress, no mess, just smooth-running drains again.
What usually causes it?
Wipes that shouldn’t be flushed
Grease and gunk buildup
Tree roots are sneaking in underground
