We recently attended a customer’s property to carry out a CCTV drainage survey. During the inspection, we noticed something important — the property didn’t have an inspection chamber or any suitable external access to the drainage system.
To complete the CCTV survey, we drilled through the soil stack to gain access to the pipework and were able to inspect the drainage system.
Once we’d completed the survey, we recommended installing a new inspection chamber — and that’s exactly what we did.
