CCTV Drain Survey Completed for a Home Buyer in Lea
We recently carried out a full CCTVdrain survey for a customer purchasing a property in Lea, helping give them peace of mind before moving forward with their new home purchase.
Using specialist CCTV survey equipment, our team completed a detailed inspection of the underground drainage system to assess the condition of the pipework and identify any hidden issues that may not be visible during a standard property viewing.
Drainage problems such as cracks, root ingress, collapsed sections, poor connections, or existing blockages can often go unnoticed until after moving in — which is why a professional drain survey can be an important part of the home buying process.
Once the inspection was complete, we provided the customer with a clear report outlining our findings and any recommendations, allowing them to make an informed decision with confidence.
Whether you’re buying a new home, experiencing recurring drainage issues, or simply want to check the condition of your drains, we’re always on hand to help across Lea and the surrounding areas.

We’ve just cleared a major blockage in Ribbleton caused by a build-up of fats, oils, grease (FOG), and silt. These materials may seem harmless when washed down the sink, but over time, they can create serious blockages in the pipes.
Thanks to our team’s swift action, the drain is now flowing freely again!
Today we were called to a property in Ribbleton, Preston, with a badly blocked drain. After a quick assessment, we used our specialist jetting equipment to clear the blockage and get everything flowing as it should.
