A customer in Longton contacted us after a damaged gully was causing drainage issues around the property and needed replacing before it became a much bigger problem.
Our team attended site, carefully excavated the area, and removed the failed gully before installing a brand new replacement to ensure the drainage system was connected and flowing correctly again.
As with every job we carry out, we made sure the repair was completed properly from start to finish — not just a quick fix. Once the new gully was installed and tested, the area was fully backfilled, compacted, and reinstated so everything was left clean, tidy, and looking as though we’d never even been there.
We take pride in carrying out every repair to a high standard while keeping disruption to a minimum for our customers.

We were contacted after their drains became blocked, causing water to back up and lead to minor flooding on site — something no business wants to deal with during a busy day.
Our team acted quickly to identify the issue, clear the blockage, and get everything flowing properly again
Blockage cleared
Flooding resolved
Business back up and running
Blocked drains in commercial settings like car washes can escalate fast due to the volume of water and debris going through the system daily. Regular maintenance is key to keeping things running smoothly and avoiding costly downtime.
If your business is experiencing slow drainage or recurring issues, don’t wait until it turns into flooding

Commercialdrainage issue identified — action plan in place.
We attended a commercial property experiencing ongoing drainage problems and carried out a full system inspection. The cause was clear: a significant mass of tree roots had infiltrated the pipework across the drainage network.
Root ingress can enter through joints and small cracks, expanding over time and restricting flow throughout the system.
We’ve completed the initial works to restore safe operation, and we’ll be returning to carry out full root removal to protect the pipework and prevent the issue from recurring.
Cause identified
System stabilised
Follow-up works scheduled
If your commercial premises are facing persistent drainage issues, early investigation makes all the difference.
